Appointments

If you would like to schedule an appointment with us, please call our office in Shreveport at (318) 212-3636 or Bossier City at (318)212-7960 to speak with our Referral Coordinator. You should also discuss your interest in our clinic with your primary care physician. Our Referral Coordinator can schedule your first appointment with us at either of our locations: WK Portico Center (southeast Shreveport) and WK Bossier Medical Pavilion.

You will be asked to provide a list of your current medications, as well as medical records pertaining to your pain condition. Once your information is reviewed by an RCIPS staff member, our Referral Coordinator will call you with information about your appointment.

Both our WK Portico Center and WK Bossier Medical Pavilion locations are equipped with an eight- bed preparation and recovery area, along with two procedure rooms. This allows your entire treatment, both office visits and procedures (if needed), to be provided in the office.

The majority of the procedures our physicians perform for pain management can be handled in our in-office procedure area.
