Sacro-iliac Joint Pain
Pain in the low back, hip and groin might be an indication of sacroiliac joint irritation, which is common in young women. The sacroiliac joint is formed by the sacrum and the iliac crest or hip bone. While a physical exam can suggest your sacroiliac joint is the cause of your pain, an injection is the only way to diagnose sacroiliac joint pain.
